Ed is a successful entrepreneur, bringing more than 20 years of BPO operations expertise to Sage’s clients. Ed’s passion is developing a family oriented and diverse culture that fosters team happiness and delivers the best customer experience. Ed’s attention to detail and thorough understanding of KPIs, and the components that drive performance are his strengths. Ed is continually creating simplified ‘repeatable processes’ which deliver efficient and consistent messaging for our client’s customers. Ed has a BS in Accounting from UMass.

Through Elaine’s efforts, Sage has built a top quality team that continues to exceed client expectations time after time. She is a valuable extension of our client’s management team and is always there for our partners and team members.

Sean is an innovative entrepreneur who co-founded Sage with his family during his years at Colby College, where he earned a degree in administrative science. He spent his breaks and summers as an L1 customer service agent and eventually moved up the ranks to human resources, operations, and partner management.
He oversaw the rapid growth and development of teams from a handful of agents to more than 60. In addition, Sean updated our premise-based phone systems to cloud-based, redundant systems, streamlining operations and maximizing efficiency.
Currently, he plays an active role in the operations and expansion of our company. When Sean is not working, he can be found enjoying the great outdoors or participating as a strength sports athlete.
